Do you Ship Internationally ?

Yes and No. We do ship to other countries but not made purchases via this website. If you wish to purchase and your location is out of Malaysia, please email us at sales@hbteam.my and we will provide you a quotation.

How can I return a product ?

You can return the product that was purchased directly from us by walk-in or courier it back to us. The delivery charges however, must be borne by the sender/customer. All goods sold are non-refundable, only exchangeable with product within the same price. If goods are of higher price, the balance must be paid by the buyer/customer.

How long will it take to get my package ?

Depending on the date and time the purchase was made, goods will only be sent out once payment is captured. Once goods are sent out, it will depend on location. Within Klang Valley is 1-2 working days, Peninsular Malaysia is 2-3 working days and Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan is 3-4 working days .

What Shipping methods are available ?

We use GDEX (GD Express Sdn Bhd) for all our delivery/courier service.

Do you provide any warranty ?

Warranty is only valid for factory defective goods e.g missed stitching, tear, peeled, cracked etc. If goods are used, soiled and so forth, warranty will not be eligible. Damaged caused during delivery will be reviewed and must be reported to us as soon as possible, as the courier service provider will be responsible.

Do you have replacement guarantee ?

Depending on the items/goods sold and case to case basis, if stock is still available or whether goods are promotional products. Customers/Buyers will need to provide valid reason in order to request for a replacement and approval will be subjected to management approval.
